The history of bartending has had a turbulent and varied career, from its roots in medicine, to the finely tuned instrument that is the modern cocktail bar. Let this menu be your guide through the evolution of the mixed drink, from Bacchus to The Bentley Boys, Trader Vic's to Fred's Club Soho and beyond. This menu is designed to satisfy most tastes; however, our bar team are happy to accommodate any requests you may have.
1700s – 1920s
A brief interlude of peace and prosperity across Western Europe, La Belle Époque spun a spirit of frivolity and optimism, reflected by the art (and drinks) of the era. The horrors of The Great War were far in the distance, and hedonism reigned supreme.
